Georges-Vanier Cultural Center
Our mission

The Georges-Vanier Cultural Center’s mission is to encourge cultural practice by promoting creativity, exchange and the exploration of the arts in the community.
Our vision
Eager to establish links and exchanges between the public and cultural professionals, the CCGV proposes three sessions of programming each year. Classes, studio-workshops, conferences, exhibits, events and cultural mediation, in the visual arts, music and movement. In this way, the CCGV hopes to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life in the community while basking in the cultural brilliance of the Southwest borough.
Our values
Considering it essential that culture be shared throughout the social environment and in co-operation with other groups having a cultural mission, the CCGV values the well-being of its clientele and staff. We wish to offer you a warm and welcoming environment in which to be creative, where quality is the key to success.

The administration
Initially managed by the Association culturelle du Sud-Ouest ( ACSO), the CCGV has been managed by the non-profit organisation, Voies Parallèles, Corporation de développement culturel du Sud-Ouest since January 1st, 2009. We welcome this new management enthusiastically and look forward to meeting you!
